These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for clients is covered separately, by a written proposal and a signed contract.

"Proxima", "we" and "us" mean Proxima, a software studio based in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. You can reach us at andogreymark@gmail.com.

Prices and offers

The prices and timelines on this site are starting points in US dollars, shown to help you plan. They are not an offer. A project only begins when you accept a written proposal from us, and from then on your signed contract sets the scope, price, payments and terms.

Our work shown here

Tradeground and Proxima Invest are our own products. Screenshots show them as they were when this page was made.
Proxima Invest is shown as a working demo with simulated money. It is not a live financial service, and nothing on this site is investment advice.
The earlier projects we list were built by the people behind Proxima at previous companies and for their clients. Product and company names belong to their owners, and listing them does not mean they endorse us.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to this site. Please do not copy its text, design or images for commercial use without asking us first, and do not try to disrupt or misuse it.

Who owns what

The text, design, logo and screenshots on this site belong to Proxima. Some parts come from others under their own licences: map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), the Geist fonts are under the SIL Open Font License, and the icons come from Lucide (ISC licence).

No guarantees about this site

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Details such as prices and timelines can change, and the site may have mistakes or be unavailable at times.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using this website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as tradeground.app. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Privacy

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Cagayan de Oro City will handle any dispute about them.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
